Most of the painful experiences we have in life are unnecessary and unfair.
Most of the painful experiences we have in life are unnecessary and unfair. We carry around this baggage most of our lives thinking we are the reason why others are unhappy and we are the cause of the dysfunction within a group when in reality this is not true.
We come from families that burden us with these issues and we keep coming back to them hoping for a different outcome, some sort of justice for our wronging, and/or to make our family be healthy through our penance.
This is also why when we move out on our own that we then seek out or hang with people who treat us as criminals like our family members did when we were young.
What if people with schizophrenia actually are simply more in sync with or sensitive to negative vibrations in the world or with individuals or groups of people?
Let’s say for sake of argument that proposition is true. Can you imagine being in a group of people, say at work, where you congregate with the same people every day and are connected to everyone’s dark side? Can you imagine how crazy life would seem to people who have that bent?
I would imagine they would spend their time thinking people are out to get them and would be very scared of being around others because they sensed the others’ negative wavelengths. They would then probably have fits of fear disguised as rage and would probably either take themselves out of the group or would be escorted away.
Does that sound familiar to those that we know who have schizophrenia?
Music saves lives. Music might (have) save (d) the world.
The mentally ill are the canaries in the coal mine.
I think I understand why people become mentally ill. We can’t come to terms with the absolute crazy way the world works (or doesn’t most of the time). The insanity of life causes the screws to loosen in those who are the sanest. If you can function properly in this sick world, you are insane. The minority of us who can’t function properly, are normal. Someday people with mental illnesses will rule the world and all the better it will be.
